Community Relations Coordinator Job Opening in Eau Claire, Wisconsin - Heritage Senior Living is currently in search of a full time Community Relations Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Executive Director and working closely with the Regional Director of Marketing, the Community Relations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the design and implementation of all strategic sales plans is consistent and supports the overall goals and objectives of the Company. Additionally, this position is responsible for community development, relationship management and the overall census of the communities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop positive working relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners and nurture existing relationships to encourage growth in local markets
Educate local professionals in the market on the Heritage Senior Living brand and services through frequent communication; build relationships to encourage referrals
Work with community to oversee development and implementation of marketing and sales plans
Develop strategies to increase opportunities to meet and talk to professionals to increase referrals
Train and educate staff regarding marketing, customer service and inquiry processes
Set, manage and track goals including completed calls, mailings, leads generated, appointments set, deposits taken/sales closed, and presentations for each location producing qualified leads and appointments ? record all activity in customer relationship management software
Travel within market to meet with professional organizations and customers as needed
Manage budget for marketing collateral and other customer specific events and activities

Bachelor?s degree from a four year college or University
2 ? 5 years of marketing/sales experience required
Previous experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities is a plus
Healthcare background and/or experience is preferred
Strong closing skills, willingness to ask for business
Strong networking and customer service skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel within the state to assist as needed
Willing to work 2 Saturdays per month (flexibility as to which 2 Saturdays)
Must submit to all applicable pre-employment and annual tests per state and federal regulations
Must have valid driver?s license and appropriate insurances per state regulations
