Responsibilities include:
Screen and evaluate hospital patients for potential eligibility for assistance programs
Manage all programs excluding disability
Suspend all accounts for review prior to closing and billing
Support monthly customer reporting/billing requirements as needed
Complete and submit initial paperwork for patients
Perform home and hospital visits as needed
Requirements:
Able to pass 10 panel drug screen and background check (criminal and felony) Current and valid driver?s license and auto insurance required
Organizational and follow-up skills
Demonstrates strong organizational skills
Exhibits strong communication skills
Desire to work in a social work environment
Ability to adapt and manage change
Display basic computer proficiency
Supplementary Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with a Social Services background preferred
Customer Service or Human Services experience
