IT Help Desk Technician Job Opening in Lincoln, Nebraska - Location : Lincoln, Nebraska 68521
Duration : Long-term, open-ended contract
Shift/Work Hours :
This is a 24x7 environment providing helpdesk support for healthcare facilities
Must be flexible with schedule with 1st, 2nd AND 3rd shifts
Must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week
Must have weekend and holiday flexibility
Training for first 3 weeks will be Monday ? Friday, approximately 8am ? 5pm
After training you will be assigned a specific/consistent schedule to work

Hiring Requirements:
Must be a reliable and hard worker
Have a passion for computers and technology
Must be able to pass a basic PC knowledge technical screen (via Skype or FaceTime with an Apex Systems professional recruiter)
Written and verbal communication skills needed.
Must be able to pass an extensive drug test and background check.
Job Description:
Responds to customer technical problems/issues related to software and -applications via phone and/or online support.
High-volume fast paced call center environment.
