Food Production Shift Supervisor Job Opening in York, Nebraska - Join a family-owned company that provides safe, high-quality food for livestock and pets! Associated Staffing is seeking a Food Production Shift Supervisor on 2nd shift in York, Nebraska! Pay is up to $20/hour. Our client also offers an excellent benefits package and an employee-focused culture with opportunities for growth. Hours are Monday through Friday 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Shift Supervisor responsibilities include:
Maintaining proper safety procedures in an industrial setting
Mixing and pelleting while directing other aspects of production
Interacting effectively with customers, management and co-workers
Maintaining a clean environment for dust control
Accurately manufacturing feed and supplements
Operating forklifts
Shift Supervisor qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Feed mill or elevator experience
Animal feed experience
Forklift trained
Good driving record
Ability to prioritize and work independently
Work with a sense of urgency while being open minded
Ability to multitask
Responsive and timely
