Licensed Clinical Social Worker Job Opening in Lincoln, Nebraska - Lincoln Family Medical Group, PC was founded to practice medicine for the whole person: physical, mental, social, and spiritual. Our practice is searching for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to address patient therapy and resource location needs. Job duties include:
1) Providing mental health diagnostic and counseling services to patients as part of our team of licensed mental/behavioral health providers.
2) Assisting patients with locating the proper resources to address their medical and psychosocial needs.
3) Assisting patients with Advance Care Planning, including selection of healthcare proxies, durable powers of attorney for healthcare, living will completion, and life-sustaining treatment decisions.
4) Other duties as needed for any patient with a medical, mental, social, or spiritual need that a LCSW can help fill.
Hours are full-time weekdays with possible late afternoon or early evening therapy sessions if the candidate and patients believe this is needed.
Pay commensurate with experience.
