Staff Accountant Job Opening in Panama City Beach, Florida - This accounting position is based in our Panama City Beach corporate office and reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparing weekly bank reconciliations
Involvement in month end processes, including:
Entering and posting of journals
Coordinating monthly general ledger close with sites
Reconciling relevant general ledger accounts and producing monthly files and reconciling documentation
Assist with the external and internal audit processes
Preparing sales tax and business liscense returns
Ad-hoc projects as required by senior finance and non-finance staff
