As part of the GMH (General Mental Health) team, you will work closely with co-workers to provide quality care to our clients. You must be comfortable working as a team and independently in a fast paced environment. Therapists provide individual, group and family therapy, participate in client?s staffing, coordinate client care, develop and implement treatment plans, maintain client records, provide back-up crisis coverage, and perform other duties as assigned. For this position, you must be willing and able to work flexible hours and facilitate night groups.
Minimum educational requirement: Master?s degree in a behavioral health field. Independent licensure (LCSW) by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Examiners preferred. EMDR or DBT certification preferred.
