In this role you will be managing all aspects of the revenue cycle, including billing and collections, as well as managing and training supervisors over their respective departments.
The Medical Collections Manager job duties include:
- Monitor all medical billing and collections functions and generate reports.
- Teach and train supervisors and assist with employee and personnel functions.
- Interact with practice managers and providers when needed.
- Apply leadership and reasoning skills to assist in resolutions and create a strong team environment.
Your qualifications should be:
- 3 ? 5 years of revenue cycle management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Bachelor?s degree, preference given to a candidate who also is a Certified Billing and Coding Specialist.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.

Salary: $48,000.00 to $52,000.00 /year
