System Specialist Job Opening in Scottsdale, Arizona - POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for existing client support and new client onboarding within the accounting services group. Work with IT management and development team on point of sale system to enhance client satisfaction. Requires a positive, motivated individual who enjoys participating closely in a team environment and ability to set and maintain deadlines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Provide customer support and training to clients on sales system which includes setting up new clients on systems and working through unique end user requests.
2. Assist with processing accounting data and support internal operations.
3. Identify issues and work with staff to come up with solutions.
4. Have a basic understanding of accounting platforms (ie: Quickbooks, POS Systems, databases and spreadsheets)
5. Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external clients, build trust, and serve the client as an extension of their team while representing Johnson Consulting Group's mission and core values.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Functions as a team and realizes all members of the team are vital to its success.
2. Stays current with products and services the company is offering.
3. Performs other duties as required.
SKILLS:
· Proficient in information systems (Excel, Word, Outlook, Quickbooks)
· Experience with database functions
· Strong communicator
· Detail Oriented
· Self-motivated, confident, energetic, creative and a team player.
EDUCATION:
· A Bachelor?s degree or equivilent work experience (Finance, Accounting, Technology, Mathematics)
EXPERIENCE:
· Bookkeeping
· IT Support
· Proven ability to manage multiple complex activities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS:
· Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers
· Able to sit, stand, stoop and bend
· The ability to work the days and hours required to fulfill the essential functions of the position

· Ability to travel is required
