Accounts Receivable Manager Job Opening in Flint, Michigan - STAT EMS is currently hiring an Accounts Receivable Manager to manage the daily operations and strategic objectives of STAT EMS' Accounts Receivable Department through design, implementation, maintenance, and management of the functions and procedures for the Accounts Receivable collections process.
Responsibilities:
Oversee customer billing and payment processing.
Proper recording and application of payment, management of outstanding balances, interact with facilities on contract matters, dispute resolution.
Oversee AR department employees, staffing, training, leading, etc.
Lead as a strategic partner of the management team.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree (preferably in finance, accounting, or business)
Five or more years of experience in AR Management (preferably with Ambulance Billing but not required)
Five or more years of experience with people supervisory or management.
Knowledge of, and experience with, current Billing software and IT systems.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Proven ability to work independently, yet function effectively within, and lead in a team environment.
