Information Systems Help Desk Support Analyst Tier 1 Job Opening in Salt Lake City, Utah - Ensign Services, Inc. seeks a talented and energetic Information Systems Help Desk Support Analyst, as it serves the needs of our rapidly-expanding client base across the Western United States. This position is based at ESI?s Salt Lake City Service Center.

About the Opportunity
We currently seek an experienced Information Systems Help Desk Support Assistant to provide support to internal end users on a variety of issues. The right candidate will be able to quickly, accurately and pleasantly respond to email and personnel requests for technical support. Duties will include troubleshooting remote desktops, laptops, printers. Analysts also assist users in accessing their email and data through a Citrix environment as well as accessing key clinical and financial applications including PointClickCare, Optima, Workday and Great Plains. Position will focus on receiving incoming support phone calls, but will include addressing tickets that are emailed into the support queue.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting? Outstanding communication skills ? written and verbal
Ability to support network and systems hardware and software with minimal supervision? Ability to prioritize, multitask and work under time constraints
Ability to manage diverse personalities with superior customer service skills
Compensation
ESI offers an attractive compensation package including a competitive base salary and benefits, plus eligibility for bonuses and stock options. Success will only be limited by performance.
