We are a Chiropractic office in American Fork Utah that is changing the way people have thought about health. We are a state of the art office driven by technology with an unrelenting desire to serve our amazing practice members. We focus on neurologically based chiropractic care for the entire family and specialize in prenatal chiropractic. It is our purpose to increase the function of the individuals in my community so that as individuals we may be strong and together move mountains.
Chiropractic Office Manager
We are looking for a chiropractic assistant to help our amazing practice members take back control of their health. We are looking for someone with an upbeat attitude that loves to teach and serve. Previous experience in a service industry preferably health care and insurance is required. Spanish speaking is not required but is a huge plus.
Your primary responsibilities
Manage daily office tasks including billing, accounting, etc.
Plan and maintain office layout
Organize special office events
Work as a team to assist our patients as they enter the office. This is your most important responsibility because the patient?s road to healing starts here.
Phone calls to set appointments and answer patients questions.
Patient treatments and manage treatment programs as we employ a holistic approach to health and healing
X-ray (if you are not certified yet we can work on that).
Patient notes, Insurance and billing
