Position Summary
ITS has an immediate opening for a Driver & Truck Check-In Coordinator at our corporate headquarters in Sparks, NV. The responsibilities for this position include bur are not limited to:
Principle Accountabilities
Checking in of Drivers and processing the associated paperwork
Checking in of trucks and conducting inspections of cabs cleanliness, fuel and def levels
Cleaning of cabs as necessary
Communication of inspections results with transportation leadership team
Monitoring Monitor cleaning supply inventory
Truck key auditing/inventory
Work in support of ITS? driver retention initiatives
The schedule for this position is Monday ? Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm (there may a need to extend a shift to late afternoon / early evening as necessary)
Ability to safely operate UTV, golf cart, or similar
Position Requirements
Candidates include but are not limited to:
Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
Great energy level ? there is a lot activity associated with this job
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain a positive and polite demeanor, especially when dealing with arriving and departing drivers
Willing to work outside in all elements
Solid computer skills with familiarity with MS Office Suite products
