Licensed Practical Nurse Job Opening in Benson, Minnesota - Meadow Lane Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 62-bed Skilled Nursing and Board and Care Center in Benson, MN is recruiting for LPN candidates to become a part of our team.
The LPN duties include but are not limited to: * Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and facility guidelines * Supervising CNAs * Medication administration * Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance to the facility nursing policy and procedure * Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for RN Nurse review
Qualifications & Skills: * Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a licensed practical nurse * Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form * Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy * Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and agents
