EXPERIENCE IN APARTMENT PROPERTY MAINTENANCE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION. Applicant must pass criminal background check and drug screen. Pay depends on experience and the position includes insurance, paid holidays and vacation.
