PatentDive is a software company which builds tools for patent drafting. The company is a start-up based in New Orleans.
We are looking for team members for key positions in the organization. We are looking for a person who can assist us with onboarding new customers and managing the information and feedback coming in from users of the software.
The position is based in New Orleans and requires work to be performed at PatentDive HQ in downtown New Orleans.
We are looking for a person who can:
Organize software testing events and attendees
Manage a ticketing feedback system
Identify and document bugs and/or feature requests
Monitor and manage issues that arise on social media and other platforms
Do basic website updates for testing messages, flows, and designs.
Skills and Knowledge:
(Similar skill set to that listed below is desired from applicants.)
Basic website coding skills including HTML, CSS, Javascript
Experience with agile programming software and environments
Experience with social media management
Familiarity with error tracking software such as Rollbar
Familiarity with user flow management software such as Mixpanel
Familiarity with the Github software development platform.
Opportunity Ahead
We anticipate this position to begin as a part time role with opportunity for full-time and advancement. Compensation expected to be between $12-15 per hour in the beginning with opportunity for growth. PatentDive Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
