Registrar Job Opening in Tulsa, Oklahoma - DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To administer VBC student enrollment activities including: Attendance tracking Course registration Transcript requests Record updates and record maintenance Transfer courses Student verification Maintaining VBC registration site Reporting responsibilities Graduation activities Maintaining grades To administer student accounts and financial aid activities including: Tuition and fees collection Up-to-date balances records (including maintaining database of all charges, payments and scholarships) Scholarship oversight and charges on student accounts in coordination with the VCC Accounting department. To assist with front desk responsibilities and oversee student worker. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or GED (minimum). SKILLS AND ABILITIES Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Some Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred Job Type: Full-time Required education: High school or equivalent
