JOB SUMMARY
GM's play a key role in the success of our company. Employees, who have been selected for the U.S. Beef Corporation management team, have demonstrated leadership and possess the qualities that are necessary to inspire other team members to carry out their duties to the best of their abilities. Managers have the overall responsibility of the daily operation of the restaurant. Managers must be able to ensure compliance in all areas of the store & day-to-day operations including cash/security procedures, product preparation, food safety, customer service, financial accountability, profit & loss, team management, recruiting and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Requirements
Previous management experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or retail environment
Restaurant Management: 1 year
Management: 4 years
Basic business math and accounting skills
Must be able to stand 100% of the time; able to lift 25 to 40 pounds, as well as the perform motions of pushing, pulling, reaching and bending
