Inside Sales / Account Representative Job Opening in Everett, Washington - We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, friendly, and loves to multi-task to join our team!

As part of the sales team, you will work with a large existing customer base (business to business) to provide on-going account support, target new sales opportunities and increase our current sales base. This includes a large amount of inbound and outbound calls and emails, maintaining customer database information, communicating sales opportunities to management, troubleshooting solutions and ideas, and most importantly, strategically planning your day for successful sales results.
We sell a technical product and we are looking for someone with a technical aptitude. You don't have to be a rocket scientist, but you do need to have a basic understanding of machine controls, networking, and/or PLC protocols to be successful. Someone with electrical supply sales would be an ideal candidate, but that is not necessary.
The right candidate needs to provide strong customer service to our customers, yet always keeping the company's best interest (and sales objectives) as a primary focus.
