Bookkeeper Job Opening in River Falls, Wisconsin - Description:
We are looking for a Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. This is a full-time position out of our River Falls office with flexible hours. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multitasker, is reliable, and is committed to providing great customer service.
Duties:
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Prepare and check invoices before sending them to customers
Maintaining financial records
Customer correspondence via phone & email
Scan, file and log accounting documents
General office support
Qualifications:
Experience with bookkeeping and customer service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Experience with accounting and financial matters
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and Google Docs
Experience with QuickBooks
Self-managed and capable of coordinating activities without supervision
