Has been providing essential protection and security products to the global healthcare market, we design, manufacture, distribution, and service of innovative, specialty electronic devices that provide security solutions to healthcare and senior care facilities. Our products provide essential protection for loved ones across the life-spectrum from infant security in hospitals to wander management solutions for hospital patients and senior living residents. Secure Care has developed a cutting edge product in the real-time location systems (RTLS) healthcare space which can be used to help facilities keep employees safe, track assets and improve work flows. We are looking for a bright, articulate, creative and conceptual individual who can take this region to the next level.
Responsibilities Include: * Maintain and grow our existing customer and distributor base.
Develop new business
Build and expand revenue opportunities
Meet / exceed sales goals
Introduce clients to our new RTLS product line
Anticipate client needs and manage expectations.
Sell entire scope of SCP services and capabilities.
Perform other duties and assignments as required.
Experience:
Ability to work independently and be a self starter
Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and team members.
Willing and able to cold call prospects for business development.
Attend trade shows as necessary
Demo presentation skills required
Negotiating and sales closing skills required.
Must have computer skills including MS office, Word, Excel.
Must be detail minded and organized.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Possess a high level of business ethics.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to travel within market area.
Requirements:
Education ? Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent
Experience ? .
3-5 years healthcare or B2B sales experience /Experience with Distribution sales is a plus
Self-motivated, driven and focused.
