We have an immediate need for a Registered Nurse (RN) MDS Coordinator at our newly constructed post-acute/skilled nursing facility in Henderson, NV Horizon Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and are accepting resumes for consideration.

Position Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN MDS Coordinator will be responsible for accuracy of MDS coding and reimbursement. Analyze medical records, oversee, teach and educate MDS process, staying current on CMW. Ensuring compliance with state/federal rules and regulations/laws while demonstrating professionalism, superior quality of care, values and integrity through daily delivery of service.
Requirements:
Current and unencumbered NV Registered Nurse license, and MDS Certified, proficient in MDS 3.0 reimbursements.
