Office Administrator/Leader Job Opening in Aurora, Colorado - Keller Williams is in search of a highly talented, driven individual to join our leadership team as the Market Center Administrator.
The ideal candidate for this position MUST:

* Have persistence, strong follow-up skills, and be comfortable with routine
* Demonstrate basic accounting skills and be familiar with double entry bookkeeping
* Be able to establish and nurture personal relationships

* Have above-average computer skills and be quick to learn & adopt new technology

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years? experience in either customer service, administrative work, accounting and/or management.
Job responsibilities include:
* Accurate banking and accounting using computerized bookkeeping
* Refining and implementing systems to manage the successful operation of the office
* Providing superior customer service to all sales associates every day
* Successfully onboarding a large number of agents each month- ensuring each agent receives a personalized, top-notch experience
* Leading, supporting, and encouraging every staff member
* Driving agent retention through effective implementation and communication of the brokerage?s value
* Supporting the Team Leader in creating a Market Center that everyone wants to be a part of
**The candidate MUST be able to pass a basic bookkeeping exam to be considered for the position.**
