Open Positions:
RN or LPN Complex skilled nursing
RN or LPN Extended hourly nursing
RN or LPN Visit nursing
At Recover Health our broad range of services affords individuals the opportunity to remain at home and live as independently as possible. We provide care to children, adults, and seniors ranging from those who have complex medical or personal needs that require more sophisticated or intensive interventions to those who need general daily living assistance.
Qualifications:
Current licensure (MN) RN or LPN
Strong assessment and organizational skills
Knowledge of the regulatory requirements at the state, federal, and local level
Knowledge, ability and the necessary skill and judgment to perform procedures as outlined in plan of care
Ability to contribute as a team member and work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Flexible with diverse client assignments
Ambition to grow and advance clinically
Prior Home Care experience preferred
