Health Service Representative Job Opening in Lafayette, Louisiana - CALLS PLUS, a 24x7x365 multilingual Contact Center, is currently seeking experienced candidates for skilled Health Service triage workers in our busy Lafayette Contact Center. Minimum of 2 years Contact Center experience with voice calls, text (SMS) and email channels a must.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have at least 2 years of college, be smart, literate (preferably in English & Spanish), fast learners. Must have strong written and spoken language communications skills, verbal as well as written, strong multitasking abilities. We are looking for someone with experience in a hospital or clinic, familiar with medical terminology and accessing electronic health records, able to remain calm and focused, a great work ethic and professionalism, customer centric focus.
Our multichannel inbound Contact Center is not like any other in which you may have worked. We deal with callers to government clinic and hospital groups nationwide, many of which are critical emergency calls requiring life experience, knowledge of Schmitt Thompson protocols, and a sense of responsibility and sound judgment, especially in the areas of health and mental health.
Experience in dealing with disabled, distressed and disadvantaged caller populations.
