Chief Financial Officer Job Opening in South Hackensack, New jersey - Communication Components, Inc. and its affiliated companies are developers and manufacturers of wireless telecommunication equipment used by the worldwide telecommunication service providers. CCI is looking for an individual with both leadership and accounting skills that will manage the expansion of the accounting department and the daily financial operations of the company. This position requires a hands-on approach along with developing strong internal working relationships to improve the financial systems of CCI and its affiliates. It is imperative that this individual is familiar with financial operations of a publicly traded company.
Overall responsibility for accounting systems
Review credit applications and extend line of credit
Responsible for all correspondence from both federal and state governments
Knowledge of sales and use taxes
Update systems to handle international transactions
Work with management to develop financial and organizational strategies
Monitor financial performance with goal to increase market share
Structure intercompany transfer pricing
Required Certification: CPA
Required Experience: 10+ years in corporate finance
