Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Opening in Quincy, Massachusetts - Level: Intermediate or Expert

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.

Motu Novu seeks an experienced accountant to assist in the development of the firm?s fiduciary services practice, in collaboration with our partners. We serve a wide range of firms, with a focus on international tech start-ups and industrial SMEs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage the inbound and outbound accounting documentation flow.
Record revenue transactions, collections, cost transactions, disbursements.
Process and record payroll transactions, and resolve payroll issues.
Reconcile bank accounts, cash accounts, and other asset accounts.
Provide administrative support to the firm's partners.
Interact with the firm's professionals, clients, and suppliers.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Detailed-oriented, precise, very organized, good with numbers.
Excellent understanding of double entry accounting theory.
Moderate experience with US GAAP.
Good knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop (any version).
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS
Experience with multi-country, multi-currency accounts.
Experience with Xero, Intuit QuickBooks Online, Intuit Online Payroll.
Familiarity with IAS and IFRS.
WHAT YOU WILL GET
