CVR Registry Clerk/Billing Job Opening in Natick, Massachusetts - Audi Natick each looking to hire a full-time Automotive CVR (Computerized Vehicle Registration) Clerk for their Accounting Teams. The CVR role performs all activities related to the processing and record keeping for our in-house Massachusetts Department of Motor Vehicle offices.
We are part of the Bernardi Auto Group ? a locally owned group that has serviced Eastern Massachusetts for more than 40 years. We are conveniently located along Route 9:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Record new vehicles into the inventory system and resolve errors related thereto.
Author all documents related to Department of Motor Vehicles transactions
Control and resolve issues related to Department of Motor Vehicle documents and plates.
Complete wholesale title documents.
Automotive Billing
Incentive Payment Recording and tracking
General Bookkeeping Duties
Some Reception work
REQUIREMENTS
Reflect the appearance and demeanor of our high-line clients.
Commitment to outstanding customer service
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
Basic accounting knowledge helpful - but not required.
Receptionist / telephone call handling experience helpful
Prompt, reliable and responsible
CVR experience required
