Canvass Team Leader Job Opening in Redmond, Oregon - Dabella Exteriors is one of the fastest growing home improvement companies in the Northwest and we are seeking a HIGH energy, self-motivated, and organized individual to lead our team of canvassers in the Redmond/ Bend Area. This is an entry level sales manager opportunity, to recruit, hire, train and motivate a team of associates who will go out into neighborhoods and meet with homeowners to schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives.
As a full-time Canvas Team Leader you'll be trained on all of our products with the opportunity to generate leads. Your job will be to lead and drive a van with a team of 6-7 canvassers, to generate leads to create opportunities for a sales demonstrations.
Your Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute logistical operations of canvassing initiatives including supervision and participation in door-to-door activities, recruiting, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Ensure team hits lead generation goals to support outside sales division.
- Monitor and report on field marketing supply needs and inventories
- Maintain company values and a quality presentation for lead generation.
- Train and manage canvassing team to exceed expectations by helping them hit their bonuses

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Respectful and outstanding leadership skills that motivates team to exceed expectations
- Strong work ethic and the willingness to explore and propose new ideas
- Passion for interacting with people and learning new and varied skills
- Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings
- Working cell phone/smart phone
- An organized and responsive individual
- Good with paperwork
- Basic PC skills utilizing office software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
Income and Benefits:
- $33,000base annual wage + potential to earn an additional $10-30,000 annually in performance bonuses.
