Integrative Health Center Director Job Opening in Medford, Oregon - This position is directly responsible for the overall planning, organizing, developing, evaluating, and managing the daily operations of the assigned Integrative Health Center (s) within Rogue Community Health (RCH) and for coordinating operational decisions with the Chief Operations Officer, site Medical Director and other Leadership as appropriate. The primary focus is to ensure the smooth operation of services, achievement of team-based productivity benchmarks, quality of care provided, and organizational strategies, policies and procedures including the Social Determinants of Health initiatives.
EDUCATION: High school diploma. BA/BS in business administration or other related healthcare field preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum five years? in an integrative health environment or medical office with two years? personnel, program management, and integrative health coordination in an electronic medical record preferred.
