Business Development Sales Representative Job Opening in Glenside, Pennsylvania - Unique sales opportunity for 50+ year old company with niche products and services. ETS is a leader in the ESD product and testing industry. We are actively expanding our environmental chamber market, customized chambers.
Ideal candidate must be goal-oriented and extremely hard working with a desire to make a measurable contribution to the success of the organization and:
Min of 2 years successful sales experience within a technical environment, ideally selling to R&D contacts, product development teams and commercial product standards contacts
Ability to listen and pro-actively react to customer questions and requests. Understand pain points and offer appropriate solutions
Must be able to successfully deliver strong prospecting approach and follow through to successful sale.
Must be able to build strong professional relationships
Desire to better yourself through training, mentorship, engaged management, and pro-active, process-oriented sales approach.
Ability and willingness to learn technical products and application as well as continue to seek new applications
Ability to negotiate technical aspects of purchase (including process specifications, hardware configurations, and commercial terms and conditions)
Strong presentation and communication skills, written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Self-motivated, well-organized and team oriented; successful with high level of autonomy
Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Summary:
Develop and execute strategies for existing company lead generation, sales, pricing points, and all other matters related to revenue generation.
Develop and execute strategies with leads and ID new markets for developing product line
Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers and positions our products as the best solutions for prospective clients
Develop marketing action plan and sales targets for Environmental Control Chambers and ESD
Develop sales financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and estimating sales requirements, trends and variances; aligning resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
Management of frequent account reviews and updates with the Account Management team with the purpose of account development and customer satisfaction on a proactive level.
Manage customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data we receive through all channels
Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to management and engineering
Attend trade shows and exhibitions as necessary to increase awareness.
