Outside Sales Representative - CSBA Job Opening in Danville, Pennsylvania - The CSBA Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for increasing membership by identifying and recruiting potential members through development and independent market research. Outside sales for the CSBA is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with both current and potential members. The outside sales representative will promote and maintain the professional standards set forth by its members and promote the code of ethics followed by the CSBA at all times. The outside sales representative will increase vendor participation at the annual builder show through both past participants and acquiring new vendor participation. This position is required to stay current with developments and/or projects within the CSBA, maintaining a current newsletter for distribution to current and prospective members.
Responsibilities include:
Complete research in order to identify and generate prospective leads
Qualify and follow up with generated leads
Maintain a working list of potential members and contacts
Cultivate relationships with prospective leads and current members
Increase participation at the annual builder show
