Status: Full-time 40 hours Per Week
Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an accredited medical assistant program.
Job Duties:
Under the direction of a Licensed Independent Practitioner, may prepare patient for exam and assist with procedures. Perform tests including urinalysis, audiometry and vision screening. Clean and stock patient exam rooms. Additionally, duties include answering telephones, greeting and arriving patients, collecting co-pays and entering payments into patient account. Must be a graduate of a medical assistant program and be certified or registered as a Medical Assistant. One ? three years MA experience preferred. Must be proficient in the use of computers and other office machines. Medical office and EPIC experience preferred. Candidate must possess multi-tasking skills, be capable of working in a fast paced environment, display a professional appearance, and be self-motivated.
