Sales Representative Job Opening in Fredericksburg, Virginia - The Fahrenheit Group is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to work with our client, White Oak Equipment, a leader in selling both new and used construction equipment, compact tractors, utility vehicles, and turf equipment in the Fredericksburg area. The Outside Sales Representative will attract and build relationships with new businesses and clients to sell new and used construction equipment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Acquire and grow a territory of new business
Cultivate relationships with existing clients
Become SME on equipment, tractors, and utility vehicles
Manage contract negotiations
Represent company through client visits and industry events as appropriate
Meet and exceed revenue goals
Requirements:
3-5 years? in outside sales experience
Bachelor?s degree preferred but not required
Self-starter who is prepared to develop and grow a territory
Knowledge of equipment
Effective communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Able to provide a driving record
