Internet Sales Manager Job Opening in Atlanta, Georgia - Luvu Brands is seeking an Internet Sales Manager to drive our three in-house Brand collections: Liberator Bedroom Adventure Gear, Jaxx Casual Living, and Avana Comfort.
The ideal candidate will be adept at all things B to B marketing from sales to onboarding to drop-ship orders. Your weekly tasks will include delivering graphics, content and promotions to diverse group third-party re-sellers, catalogers, flash sites and mass merchants. You will distribute rich content for each brand to help drive sales while maintaining a positive brand image.
Strong understanding of digital B to B marketing, excellent project management skills and an entrepreneurial bent that will help drive our business forward. Time management and can-do attitude are essential.
Job brief
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company?s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Analyze sales and returns from advertising campaigns
Requirements
BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
Successful previous experience as a B to B internet sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise in consumer packaged goods.
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Super organized ? capable of handling multiple projects with many moving parts.
Compensation
