Job Summary
FilterEasy is currently seeking a stellar Technical Project Manager to work with our development team on e-commerce projects. Youâ??ll be helping to gather and document requirements, establish priorities, run projects through the full lifecycle, and communicate across all levels of the company.

What You'll Do
Create and keep updated resources related to software
Have a complete understanding of our software systems and how they operate
Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to build features that provide a high-quality experience for our customers and employees
Translate broad business needs into non-ambiguous requirements for our development team
Facilitate conversations, prioritization, and decision-making among stakeholders, and keep them informed of project progress
Provide leadership and motivation to maintain a highly engaged, energized, and effective project team
Identify and quickly remove roadblocks in order to keep projects running smoothly
Manage multiple concurrent projects (focused primarily on technology)
Design tests and measure results to support new features and development activities
Work as part of Project Management Office (PMO) to establish, constantly improve, and execute project processes
Understand the full portfolio of FilterEasy projects to support PMO prioritization and interdependencies between projects in other departments
Your Experience - Required Skills
Bachelorâ??s degree in or related
5+ years experience in technical design or project management, ideally with a focus on e-commerce
8+ years relevant experience without a degree
Understanding of agile, kanban, PMI, or other methodology
Understanding of PHP and MySQL
Demonstrated success documenting business requirements and obtaining necessary approvals
Experience utilizing project management software, including Gantt chart schedules
Preferred Experience
ASQ, Six Sigma or other Quality
5+ years of experience in technical architecture of web applications and/or media products
5+ years experience designing user interfaces
5+ years experience creating examples through wire frames and mock ups
Familiar with software development process and methodologies
Experience running projects using Agile/Kanban methodology
Working knowledge of common business software and analytical tools
