Must be committed to achieving monthly goals on New and Used vehicles * High energy and self-motivated * Prompt attendance when scheduled * Able to work as a team with your fellow automotive sales professionals and our BDC * Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal * Dressed for success * Possess the willingness to be trained * Presentation skills for showing and explaining the features of our vehicles * Able to set multiple appointments per week * Proficiency in computer, email and internet usage * Provide our customers with purchase and lease options in a confident manner * Have the ability to achieve 100% customer satisfaction before, during and after the sale. * Be a CLOSER
