Responsibilities at the Entry Level:
Assisting in the daily growth and development of our company
Maintaining Customer Service and enhancing productivity levels
Direct retail sales of goods or services to new prospects
Assisting customers daily with their purchases, sign ups, and billing issues
Motivating Customers to Enhance Sales and Profits by Advertising and Marketing Products
Supervising and scheduling store personnel
Communicating daily about sales and customer Issues
Qualifications for Entry Level Sales Representatives: We are seeking individuals who have experience in customer service, sales, marketing, advertising, and/or public relations.
2 year degree preferred but not required
Must desire the opportunity for growth and advancement
Individuals must be hard working, motivated, and have a great work ethic
Must be comfortable interacting with others, face to face
Outstanding communication skills both verbal & written
Exceptional time management skills
Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision; ability to work effectively in a team environment also
Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
