Sales Representative Organic Juice Company Job Opening in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - Would you like to be a part of a growing health company that is revolutionizing the way people are consuming food? Lumi, which stands for ?Love U, Mean It? manufactures and distributes organic cold pressed, high pressure processed beverages across the United States to high end resorts, gyms, fitness studios, boutique restaurants, groceries, bodegas and professional sport teams.
Lumi is hiring a full-time Sales Reps to manage sales and customer relationships in New York City, Philadelphia, Boston, Washington, DC, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, and Chicago. We are seeking energetic, highly motivated individuals with initiative, drive, and accountability. As an up-and-coming start-up company, we are looking for someone that can see the ?big picture? and help us expand Lumi.
Responsibilities:
Maintain active accounts in designated territories
Acquire and manage new accounts
Make cold phone calls, emails, and perform door to door sales
Organize and execute tasting demonstrations at active accounts
Strategize and implement ways to promote and educate consumers in effective ways that produce an effective return on time and investment of events
Ensure customer satisfaction
Help create sales strategy to most effectively infiltrate market
Create and manage your own schedule to optimally use your time
Ensure product is being properly merchandized and promoted
Requirements:
Very personable, outgoing, and positive
Highly self-motivated
Knowledge of food/beverage industry
Solid understanding of the target market
Highly skilled in Excel, advanced understanding of VBA preferred
Reliable transportation
Strong communication skills
Ability to create and self-manage your own schedule
Willing to work non-traditional hours when necessary
College Degree
Ideal qualifications:
Eagerness to succeed
Quick learner
Leadership skills with the ability to improvise and prioritize efficiently
Understanding of the nutritional benefits of cold-pressed juice and the ingredients that we use to create our juice
Previous experience in sales (food and beverage industry preferred)
Experience with cold calling, emailing, and door to door sales
Ability to quickly establish strong relationships with new clients
Experience in a startup environment, scaling a business, and adapting to a rapidly shifting structure and environment
Demonstrated ability to ramp up sales in the food and beverage industry
