Signal Restoration Services Receptionist position involve greeting vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors. Answering multi-line phone and route incoming calls and place outgoing calls. This candidate should have outstanding customer service skills and have a desire to interact with people.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Relay incoming calls using a multi-line phone, take and relay messages as needed.
Greet visitors, escort to conference room as needed.
Track in and out schedule.
Assemble new jobs.
General clerical work such as typing, proofreading, collating, filing.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma required. Associates degree in business, accounting or similar degree is strongly preferred.
3-5 years of general office experience.
Excellent MS Office skills
Strong communication skills
Team player
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Performs a variety of tasks
Works under general supervision
