Harr Toyota/Scion/CJDR is searching for enthusiastic, people oriented Product Specialists for our growing Sales Department. Harr is a dealership committed to providing our customers with the highest quality of service in their buying decisions by ensuring that our Product Specialists are well trained and prepared to assist our customers. As a non-commissioned dealership, we provide a negotiation free experience with Product Specialists who are experts in their brands to guide our guests to a worry-free purchase. Product Specialists can expect to earn an average $35,000-$45,000 in their first year, with much higher potential for well-performing Product Specialists.

Responsibilities
Greet customers in a timely fashion and assist them with thorough consultation, supported by effective processes, policies, and protocols
Demonstrate vehicle features and operation with tailored discussion based on customer needs
Provide full demonstration of vehicle through the delivery process, ensuring the customer understands the vehicle well and is comfortable before leaving with it
Maintain a follow-up pipeline that encourages repeat business, referrals, and long term loyalty through customer satisfaction
Develop self-management skills to establish an effective prospecting system through a dealership-provided tools
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older with valid driver?s licence
Must be able to work weekends
Minimum High school diploma or GED Equivalent required
College Education preferred
Must be a contributing team player
Self-motivated and goal oriented, with an enthusiastic approach to given tasks, regardless of challenge
Capable of self-managing effectively with free time
Professional appearance and work ethic
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
