Daily Tasks Include:
Travel to different neighborhoods going door-to-door with the goal of selling services such as painting, carpentry and remodeling.
Knock on 120-150 doors per day minimum.
Educate potential clients on the benefits of hiring TCC.
Measure homeowners' properties and provide to each prospect a professional, customized home analysis and sell the program that best fits their needs.
Use company provided tablet to gather and enter data.
Leave literature at each home in the assigned neighborhoods.
Follow up with call back leads and manage them within company software.
Attend daily team building meetings and weekly training seminars.
Achieve daily and weekly goals necessary to maintain company growth.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE A POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE
High School Diploma (GED).
2+ years of sales experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to speak with customers professionally in person and over the phone.
Excellent listening, presentation and closing skills.
Ability to work as a team player.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
Problem solving and time management skills a must.
Some Saturdays are required.
Prior painting and remodeling knowledge a plus!
