Responsibilities:
Identify customers? needs and assist in selecting the correct vehicle.
Explain both interior/exterior features and accompany on demonstration ride.
Assist customers through the sales closing/negotiating process.
Manage data base (CRM).
Participate in Dealership Meetings.
Participate in ongoing training from Manufacturer and Premier Automotive.
Use both phone and internet best practices for increasing floor traffic.
Assist management in other needed areas when asked.
Qualifications:
Professional appearance and ability to inspire customers.
Customer service or sales track record.
Automotive or retail sales experience a plus.
Strong communication skills one-on-one, over the phone and online.
Have the personality to handle objections.
Proficient in basic math.
Comfortable in a very competitive environment.
Valid Driver?s License and Clean Driving Record.
Pass drug testing and background
