Job Requirements:
Experience in a customer focused job role providing direct customer service in-person or over the phone.
Excellent computer and typing skills with a high degree of proficiency using the telephone and the internet.
The ability to write professional email correspondence with a high level of grammatical and spelling accuracy.
Must be very well-spoken and able to convey information confidently and professionally.
Must have the people skills needed to create a positive first impression of our business, build value in our customer relationships, engage customers in conversation and lead them to a scheduled (VIP) appointment.
Comfortable making a large volume of phone calls daily and the willingness to call any customer, anytime, for any reason.
The ability to manage a variety of personality types calmly and comfortably over the phone.
Ability to work in a team setting while maintaining a positive, cooperative, and professional attitude.
A high degree of self-motivation and organizational ability.
Availability to work a minimum of two evening per week until 7:00 pm and every other Saturday.
