Fund Accountant Job Opening in Greenwich, Connecticut - Our client in the Greenwich area is looking to add a Fund Accountant to their team. The Fund Accountant should have at least three years of fund experience. Their responsibilities will include month end journal entries, Partnership closings, tax paperwork. as well as completing the closing for the assigned funds. Responsibilities include:
Journal entries for month end accruals
Partnership closing reports
Tax paperwork
GAAP financial statements for audit purpose
Trail balance market values for closing and holdings reports
Qualifications:
BS/BA in Finance or Accounting
3 - 5 years in Finance Services or Public Accounting
Knowledge of Partnership
MS Excel
