Administrative Assistant Job Opening in Overland Park, Kansas - We are working with a local wealth management consulting firm that is seeking an Administrative Assistant on either a part-time for full-time basis.
Given that this is a smaller firm comprised of 3 Wealth Managers and 3-4 other support professionals, cultural fit is going to be a big factor in this hire.
This will be an autonomous role with ever changing and evolving responsibilities that will include, but not be limited to:
Answering incoming calls from customers and vendors
Greeting clients that come into the office for meetings
Scanning and electronically filing documents
Light accounting work
Order supplies, make coffee, help to keep the office clean
They are ideally looking for people with the following skills:
Detail-oriented
Organization
Multitasking
Microsoft Office
Ability to work well with others
Ability to balance a checkbook
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour
