Payroll Specialist Job Job Opening in Olathe, Kansas - Accounting Principals is seeking candidates for Payroll Specialist job in Olathe, KS. This is a high volume, in-house payroll processing job. You will work in a team setting to process bi-weekly payroll for over 500 employees. You?ll utilize your multi-state payroll experience and certainly never be bored. You?ll also assist with setting up new hires in the system, any garnishments, insurance, deductions, etc. ADP and union experience is a plus! This is a contract-to-hire job that could start immediately. This position will pay up to $44,000.
Payroll Specialist job duties include:
Processing in-house payroll on a team for 500+ employees
Multistate, international and union payroll
Assist with quarter and year end payroll reports
Answer questions for internal employees that may arise
Process new hires and terminations in payroll system
Qualifications:
Experience processing high volume, in house payroll
Multi-state payroll experience required
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
