Solutions Consultant/Sales Job Opening in Frederick, Maryland - The Solutions Consultant is the outside client care & sales position in our organization. It is the primary position responsible for frequent direct/in-person client contact. The Solutions Consultant has a large number of existing and non-user potential customers that he or she is tasked with creating sales opportunities through constant and consistent client contact. He/she will require strong IT/network knowledge, product knowledge, organization skills and a high number of sales activities to be successful. An intimate understanding of a client?s IT and document management environment is required so as to assess areas eligible for process and quality improvement through the implementation of our networked digital devices. The Solutions Consultant is expected to perform at a minimum of 100% of his or her revenue, unit, and client contact annual goals both monthly and annually. The employee will be in the Solutions Consultant position indefinately or until promoted to the senior Solutions Consultant position.
