We are seeking an Internet & Floor Sales Associate who will be respond to and assist customer?s inquiries from start to finish (initial response thru delivery) new & pre-owned car sales. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and is driven to be successful.
Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with Internet customers and respond back to them either by e-mail, phone or in person
Greet and help customers who come into the dealership
Demonstrate phone-based selling skills
Set up appointments for customers to visit the dealership for test drives and product demos
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and superior time management
Experience:
Great communication skills
Professional appearance
Previous automobile sales experience a plus
Positive attitude, strong work ethic and high energy personality
Outstanding phone skills and customer follow up
Internet experience a plus ? but we can train the right person
