Description
RBK is currently looking for an experienced Enthusiastic Inside Sales Rep / Reservation Specialist. Applicants must love dogs! Some inside sales success preferred. Position involves taking incoming calls from pet owners (no cold calls!), upselling products and services to new customers, and booking reservations. The Inside Sales Rep / Reservation Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We experience an extremely high call volume, so the ability to multi-task with attention to detail is essential.
Relationship building expertise is a must as the selected applicant will also be responsible for contacting existing customers to increase interest and utilization of products and services.
